When a sign is requested on Condo/Townhouse Property, the agent is required prior to submitting their order to speak to the board and gain permission for a sign installation.
UTILITY LINES AND OTHER UNDERGROUND LINES:
By placing an order with Post R Us, whether via Internet, phone or Text, agent accepts full responsibility for locating, identifying and marking all underground equipment, including utility lines, cable lines, sprinkler systems and underground dog fences. Neither Post R US nor its subcontractors accepts responsibility for damage to unmarked underground facilities. Locating and marking such facilities are the responsibility of the homeowner and the agent.
The presence of yard lights (gas or electric) or any visible electrical or telephone boxes (light blue or Red and Yellow in color) indicates that there are underground utility lines at the property. In these situations, Post R Us recommends that the homeowner or agent To the call city to have the locations of the underground utilities marked, prior to ordering the Post installation. Allow two business days for Utility to mark the appropriate lines.
Our drivers may touch up posts and T Bar on location with paint to ensure the best presentation. +*There may be wet paint on our posts for several hours after installation; be careful.
When you are ordering a removal you are ensuring that the post will be left out in a visible location for the driver to retrieve the post. If the post is not left in a visible location for the driver when he arrives to pick up the post, it may be subject to a drivers charge or a lost post charge.
When you are ordering a removal, if you +*do not*+ specify in your order that you would like the sign, riders, or any other materials that may have been used on the sign or post, then we will _ALWAYS_ bring all materials back to the warehouse.
RESOLVING SIGNPOST ORDER ISSUES:
If there are any issues related to your sign post installation (i.e., missing/incorrect riders, missing/broken brochure box, leaning/fallen signpost) please place a service call via our website, www.postRUs.com and the issue will be corrected as soon as possible.
If post is leaning or fallen due to agent or homeowner removing and trying to reinstall the post, agent will be charged a trip charge.
If we arrive at a property and notice significant damage to your sign, we will let you know about the damages and have it set aside until we are advised what to do with the sign. ( we strongly suggest you *DO NOT* put SOLD stickers on your sign
